Foods That Accelerate Wound Healing

Nutrition has a major role in the wound healing process, although dependent on the severity of the injury suffered. Therefore, know what nutrients are needed to accelerate wound healing.

Wound healing process is complex and through several phases:

1. Inflammatory phase
